Welcome to Qiit (the “Service” or “Qiit”). The Service is operated by Qiit, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we” or “us”). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service provides
Qiit is a tools-and-content subscription service for solo founders, providing (among other things) platform data analysis across YouTube, X, Reddit and similar sources, AI content generation tools, monetization documentation, a case library, and pricing calculators. The authoritative description of the features is whatever the site actually offers at the time, and it may change.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- Registration requires a valid Google account. One Google account maps to one Qiit account.
- You must be at least 18, or the minimum age at which you can enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for the security of your account, including safeguarding your credentials and not sharing the account with others.
- If you discover unauthorized use, notify us immediately at [email protected].
3. Subscriptions and billing
- The Free tier is free: sign up and use the leaderboard and opportunity-library data at no cost. The YouTube / Pinterest / SEO analysis tools and the AI assistant require a Pro or Max subscription.
- Paid plans are Pro ($19.99/month or $199.99/year) and Max ($39.99/month or $399.99/year). Subscriptions take effect immediately and are charged immediately; the pricing page is authoritative.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- All fees are in US dollars (USD) and processed by Stripe. Any currency conversion rate is determined by your card issuer.
- Price changes are posted on the pricing page at least 14 days in advance and do not affect a subscription already paid for in the current cycle.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account page via the Stripe billing portal. After cancelling you are not billed again, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Refunds
See the Refund Policy for details. In short: we generally do not refund after payment, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate the laws or regulations of your jurisdiction or the region you target.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or reputational rights.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's interfaces through automation.
- Share, resell, or transfer your account or subscription benefits to a third party.
- Use the Service to publish or spread misinformation, spam, or malware.
- Circumvent billing or register multiple accounts under a false identity.
If you breach any of the above, we may terminate your account immediately, and fees already paid are not refunded.
7. Intellectual property
- All intellectual property in the Service — features, interface, copy, documentation, logo and so on — belongs to Qiit, LLC.
- Content you generate through the Service (AI output, notes, and the like) belongs to you. You grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content back to you.
- Third-party platform data (YouTube, X, Reddit, etc.) remains the copyright of those platforms and their original authors; we only analyse and present it.
8. AI-generated content
The Service integrates third-party AI models (such as Claude, GPT, and Qwen). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for judging the reliability of AI output and bear full responsibility for any decision you make based on it. We make no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, fitness, or legality of AI output.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on the following third parties: Google (OAuth sign-in), Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (infrastructure), Microsoft Clarity (product analytics), and Google Analytics (traffic analytics). Using the Service means accepting each of their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or interrupt parts of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or third-party failures, and will give notice where we can.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.
- Our total liability will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the dispute.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, and fees already paid are not refunded. You may also end your relationship with the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing us to request account deletion.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes via an on-site announcement or email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any dispute arising from the Service, the parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably; failing that, it will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Wilmington, Delaware.
